Pals are exchange only. Exchanges must be received within 30 days of your receipt in order for exchanges to be honored. Instructions for exchanges are as follows:
1. Call us at 951-500-6577 for an Exchange Authorization Number. Be sure to have the item number or name of the item you wish to exchange for when you call so we can make note of it.

2. Fill out exchange card provided with your original shipment and note the Authorization Number on the card and place it in the box.
3.. Ship back the product to 1784 Container Circle, Riverside, CA 92509
Please note that exchanges will only be honored if the individual bags are not opened for hygienic reasons.
Also note that shipping charges apply on all exchanges. So you pay for shipping to us and back to you. However, we don't charge a re-stocking fee.
