We try to ship all orders by the next business day. Some order if received before 11:00 a.m. PDT, will ship same day.

USPS typically ships with 2 to 3 days for Priority Mail domestic orders.
International can take up to 2 weeks to receive due to customs.

Generally most people choose flat Rate Priority Mail, which runs $12.35.

Pals are typically packaged in standard USPS boxes or plain brown boxes.

Yes we package very discreetly. Our boxes indicate Supergel as the ship from. and no distinguishing marks that would indicate the contents.

First find your "natural" bra size (the size bra you wear without enhancement), in the left hand column. Scroll to the right to find the cup size you desire to be. Next look at the top of that column to find the item number needed to achieve that size.

Take a look at the bra style you like to wear.
Some gals like to wear standard Maidenform type bras.
Triangles are a good choice for that. Demi-style bras work good with Teardrops.
While full figure bras are good with Raindrops.
For bathing suits we suggest the Push-ups or Triangles.
For just a little push the Push-ups or Gelevations.

This is really a matter of preference.
However the Solid Flesh is good choice if you want a subtle look.
The Two-Toned Flesh have a darker nipple and areola for a more realistic look.
The Pigment Free have no pigments or fragrance.
The Solid Mocha has a darker tone for darker complexions
The Two-Toned Mocha are a "natural" version for darker skin tones.

First measure around just below the bustline. This gives you your band size (ie. 34, 36, 38) Always round up to the next even number.
Next measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Next subtract the first number from the second number to get your cup size.
1" = A
2" = B
3" = C and so on.

Call us at our customer service number 951-500-6577 and get an Exchange Authorization Number. This will serve to help us know your order is on it's way. It will also help you if you need some guidance for the next order.
Then package and send the Pals to us. (Include with your return a check or money order in the amount of $12.35 for flat rate shipping.
Fill out the Exchange form we sent to you with your order.
When we receive your package, we will then send out your next choice.
Supergel is not responsible for lost packages coming to us so get some form of insurance if you are concerned.
